Poor customer service. I ordered one type of blooming plant and it wasn't in stock so the person decided to send something completely different. When I called to see what happened the lady was rude and not helpful. When I informed her I was not a fan of the type of flower she sent her response was "I don't know anyone who doesn't like the cali Lilly. Did the person who received it like it?". Her only solution was to go pick up the plant that was already delivered to the person and replace it when the other plant was available. All I wanted was for them to acknowledge they should've called to confirm to alternative option.

Joyce the designer can do anything. Just bring her in a picture and no problem! The quality and prices are well worth it.
