I have had good and bad service in the past but I will never be back to the Bremen Mast Service center. I have used them exclusively for about 5 years and am extremely disappointed with my experience today. Marlene and Jason were very helpful and are not the reason for the lack of professionalism and terrible service. They need to hire someone to manage the business like it use to be managed.
I had a car a few years ago that was nothing but a headache. I felt like the guys here tried everything they could to make it right for me.

I have been using Mast Service Center since they opened in Bremen. Because I live in La Porte and work in Bremen, it is much easier for me to have my repairs and servicing done while I work. Masts has always been very accommodative and service oriented. I appreciate their honest answers and helpful information. Their work is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
