Dealership was awesome! Our salesman, Anthony, made the experience easy and stress free. It was especially neat to meet the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Martin as well! You don't get that at the bigger dealerships that you see in South Bend, Mishawaka or Elkhart!
I bought a truck from them and as soon as I got it home I knew there were issues. They had the truck running when I got there so the exhaust manifold leak was hot and sealed when I got there. The parking brake did not work and the truck rolled back as soon as I parked it on a slope. The was a small anitfreeze leak among many other issues. They had me take it to a local ford dealer and get it checked 3k in repairs and they didn't help with any of it. So basically they sugar coated a turd and left me hanging out to dry. Their response will be should have bought the warranty. WELL YOU SHOULDN'T RIP PEOPLE OFF!

I normally take my car to service in Plymouth at another Ford Dealer ,which told me i needed an alignment for my car which only has 21,000 miles on it . So i thought i would get a second opinion, only because my son in law said that doesn't sound right. I'm so glad i brought my car to Bremen Ford Auto Park , they gave me an honest answer , that my car did not need an alignment. I know now who I will be taking my car to and buying my next car from! "Auto Park" for sure : )
